Player pictures

The in game character pics are old and bland. Why not have the option to upload your own picture. It would cost tokens of course, and be regulated to avoid innapropriate content being displayed.
For argument sake lets say: it would cost 10k tokens, and a moderator would have to approve of the picture before it becomes viewable. This option could also be utilized for corps wishing to customize their image a bit more. Any thoughts?
