If you own all the planets in system you could petition the UN to rename the system to a name of your choosing.
If the UN approves the name change (ie Toonces checks that it's not too obscene) the name would change for a token fee.
People could name systems after themselves, their corp, favourite pub or what ever.
If people don't like the new name it would be an incentive to invade the system and change the name again.
Could be fun. What do you think?

Well, I don't think that would work out so well for a couple reason. 1) I really think toonces has better things to do than manually check all the requests for a name change. 2) That might cause some issues with the Arti locs...
