Would be cool. Like make it slightly more open.

I don't get FCC'd much anymore. You have to have a bunch of people talking in game for it to happen, and most times I'm generating my own conversations which get minimal replies back in chat. It couldn't hurt to increase it. If someone is being a problem child everyone can just /jeer them.

right, when your out of fcc you cannot /t , /mail or radio...stupid

I've been playing this game for years and i have never run out of shout points. It seems fine as is, unless you are a spammer.
