[Idea] Changing Solar Damage, Speed, Energy

This idea would create another pop up screen that you could change the damage, speed, or energy of the colonies solar. There would be 15 points total and would give 5 points each in the 3 categories. Every point that you would bring the damage would increase the damage by 10% but would lower the speed or energy the solar would do to the ship. So if you had solar sent to 10 damage the speed would do 2-3 or energy 2-3 allowing easier cap but more damage done to the ship/player. 10 energy would take 200 energy per shot making the colony near incapable but would be very easy to nuke and there would be more safe spots on the colony since the colonies solar speed couldn't reach out very fast. If you had 10 speed the colonies solar shot would go to 10/180 but the colonies damage wouldnt do much to the invader and could inflect the damage faster and easier. You would have to build this add on to the solar so another building to be made/drawn onto the colonies.
