Capital Ships

Capital Ships
I haven't played the game for some time but I'm sure nobody have suggested this... But put in carriers that use deployable fighters that shoot a target of your choice... The Fighters would take the slot of the cargo boxes on the side where all the missiles and deployable things go... but can only be fit to carrier class...
Also a dreadnought class... Could hold up to 4 weapons at a time... Only a cetern weapon can b e fit on them... say 20mil for one...
Last... Motherships... A mix of both but balanced... limited fighters and only 2 weapons at a time...
Of course they would have huge shield like 50,000-100,000... but these ships could only be built our bought a big price.
Anyone like??

If there's going to be anything new in the way of ships, it should be customisation and building a ship from the ground up (choosing where to fit the engines, how much power plant output to dedicate to shields, which hull to use etc.). Maybe we could give suggestions with that in mind.
SGE should not in any way try to do things the Eve Online way, since this game is completely different. Also, if you are thinking that training skills for a capital ship is the best road to fun, you are obviously not being imaginative enough.
In any case, SGE does not need capitals. I wouldn't mind if the systems were a little bigger though.
