Averaged readouts in the radio tower

I think in the radio tower, in addition to showing the current morale/population status, there should also be a section for the average of that (or maybe the previous) hour.

Now that colonies stock resources, and it's condition changes from minute to minute, I think this would be needed to help gain control, or at least understand what shape your colonies are in.
