BUG, Pax Big Bang, some reset notes and ports

BUG Pax Big Bang, some recent reset hashed the notes on the galaxy map, either blanked them or put a "1" in them for me,
Other players had their black hole notes blanked out.

Also previoiusly visited ports are now handing out 31 XP points, and are back having 1000 colonists available.

Not the end of starport as we know it, but it might be a sign ....
