Seths don't get sold to port

If you sell a Sethdar to a port it just disappears into the void. This also happens to nukes. They should mimic the behavior of ISCs and just be available to people with less than -1000 rep.

I've noticed this also. Why do pirates have to have such a hard time getting a decent ship?
