Ports don't regrow people. I raped 7 or 8 ports of all 1k people(with a whale got all 1k out 510 first time 490 second) bin atleast 3 weeks and still sitting at 0.

if a U.N. ship doesnt visit them they dont regrow people anymore. and since GA is filled with lasered systems the U.N ships dont get around anymore.
