It's a bit disheartening to log on to the forum and see 4 seperate new threads in Engineering about lag that remain unanswered, yet 1 new thread about a paypal issue has a response from support.
I understand that monetary issues may be considered a higher priority, but why must players with obviously server-based lag issues continuously get ignored? When I had severe lag problems at the end of last year, I never received any responses either, the lag just went away after a month or so.
Why!
