i've been wondering how to get a picture

Mate, you will need a camera with an anti-ugly lens.

Go to user Control panel at the top right side of the page. Then access the profile portion, look for the part that talks about avatars and follow the directions. The avatar size is fairly small, so pick something with no animation for the best options. No nudity, nothing vulgar, no drug references and follow forum guidelines.

well ive seen that get ignored by toonces and the mods

Toonces is the only one that can remove avatars. If we notice them and need to make it known to Toonces then we PM or email him and he takes care of it. Unless you really step out of line or get offensive then most likely no one will bug you about your choice.

well you see he only knows this because he did this himself when he took a pic of himself and put it as his avatar
