How much fuel would I use if I had 5 solar sails, 3 IG maps, max Wisdom. And a Antarean Speed Star?

To be quite honest no one's ever tried that and recorded it, but it sounds like fun. I wouldn't imagine you running out any time soon.

You are better off getting an fuel economical ship rather than wasting 5 mods on fuel saving which don't make a lot of difference. Try the Corporate Flagship - its the most economical ship, has 16000 shields 200 cargo bays and 16 hardware ship and is very good for colonising. You need to be the CEO of a corp to buy one.

the SpeedStar uses 6 wf per hop?
I think I calculated once that with 10 wisdom, 3 ig maps and 8 solar sails it would cost you 0.1 fuel per hop, because toonces doesn't want it to go negative or you'll get fuel when you hop O.o

talk about a majore pain in the donkey with that 0 dex O.o

for real he never said you HAD to place that 5 extra slots on charisma!

Well i tried it with 5 wisdom and full solar sails, 3.5 GPW

so then add 3 maps to that= 2.0 gpw
5 more wisdom= 1.0 gpw

I coulda sworn I got to 0.1 gallons per warp. Wait, how much do solar sails save again then, 0.3? I thought.

Antarean speedster gets 6 gpw.
10 wisdome gets it to 4.
3 IGM's lowers it to 2.5.
8 solar sails * .3 = 2.4 lowering your fuel cost to .1 gpw.

I did the math a while back. However, it just is not worth it... Landing on a col is still 1 warp fuel.

LOL. I have played PAX 5 hours total in 3 years:P. I always got bored and went back to pk, LOL. I love fighting/invading/building all on same server. In total, I tried out pax servers 3 times, each time for less than an hour except last time where I plaeyd for 3 hours and got bored:P.

Opps... I didn't notice that I necro'ed... the fact that this was on first page makes it unusual...

the real question is why does it matter? everyone plays permas now where there is infinity spice to jettison and infinity time to do it in. you should have that 5 points in charisma instead to get higher population on every single planet empire wide. the extra millitary, sol shots, and taxes are too good to pass up.
