Where do we report them? Like when a guy in a barge with 10 dex is twice as fast as a guy in a corp ship with 14 dex...there's so many speed hackers it seems.

If it really is speed hacking, its probably been detected and dealt with already.

However, to report send a message to Toonces on these forums, or send a mail to support@starportgame.com

make sure to include the player name and what server, and you should probably put something like "hacking report" in the subject line.

It's kind of "naive" of you as well. I am a newer player asking where to post such a thing, and I obviuosly gave a very brief description of the actual issue.
