The problem is that nobody knows what SGE stands for so I guess...

www.starportzone.com (maybe)
www.sgeinsider.com (abreviation, so no thank you)
www.stardock.com (nope, sucks)
www.starportvault.com (good candidate)
www.starportforever.com (sounds like a batman movie)
www.starportnow.net (ok, maybe)

So:

www.starportzone.com
www.starportnow.net
www.starportvault.com

I go for

www.starportvault.com

I'll help in whatever way I can, first though.. don't use phpnuke.. stupid system for it.... I recommend seagull.. forget its address, its more then a framework as it looks like at first.. trust me on that. seagull.phpkitchen.com I think..... And I can make custom modules for it.....

Meh...

@prosoft

Looks nice, but the reason we are going with PHP-Nuke, is because we all understand it, and by the time were done, it will be more then an PHP-Nuke made website. We argued for over 15-20 minutes on this one single topic. We chose this, because we all of some of an experiance with it. 2k having the most, myself having the second most. And, to everyone, prepare for a jaw dropping theme.

@Melkor

Thanks for the awesome offer, we shall contact you eventually.

Yeah well, you give me php-nuke and I'll give it a dozen patches to make it more secure... php-nuke isn't secure enough to really depend on in my opinion, and when they update it, you have to pay money for it, or wait a month... whats with waiting a month so that you can get the security patches.... I can do anything needed with Seagull and would be willing to help do whatever you need...

Money is not an option, and as for security, they do have backups :lol: .

We all of most experiance with PHP-Nuke and feel that by the time the site is released the public, will be pleased.

Backups are not the point... backups don't stop security problems, they only allow for them to be done once more, so you may want to rethink a few things, however.. I don't know if you guys know anything about PHP... so you may be able to fix that yourself..... but I still say its a problem.... but again.. I have no say in it.

One other thing... wheres the money is not an option come in?

Damn I meant money is not an "problem"... my mistake. Sorry :x .

And yes myself and I'm sure 2k, understand PHP.

Before we make any changes, I need to ask the "team" of us 4, before we make any changes. Reason why I'm saying sceptical, is because we sat there for about an hour talking back and forth :twisted: .

That would be very contradictous. Would you like a space-station on planetary surface? Or a planet full of star ports? Think about the mental image the name calls.
