Wow, long time since I've seen you on the forums VD. Some servers are more busy than others. The hot spot seems to be Golden Age, since it seems their having a war of some type. Other servers can have 15 online, or 4 depending on time and activity. Just have to log in and check out a few servers. Dex isn't as needed now, and for some servers you can get away with only having 5 dex, and put the rest into Charisma for building, or wisdom to travel around. Ask players about specifics that have changed gameplay before making a character.
