Dex Bolt = Highway Robbery

First off I'd like to say that after a 3 month break, it's good to be back.

Okay Toonces, what gives with the dex bolts??? I bought one today on a mod server to bump my dex up from 19 to 21. And to put it bluntly, I got screwed.
For 6,900 tokens all i got was: +1 turn, +5 thrust and +2 regen. WTH ???

Please tell me this is a glitch or that you are in the process of reworking dex bolts for mods. Because the bonus is a far cry from being worthy of the price.
