No tolerance policy on any cheating:
Anyone attempting to multi-account will be banned. The rule is the same as any other galaxy: don't use more than 1 character in the same galaxy. Anyone caught attempting to cheat will be perma banned. Toonces will be the arbiter of any dispute.

does this also apply to the work around for multi-accounting (i.e. sitting in a port while 15 of your friends go around building and capping stuff for you)? Or will it be another popularity contest just like every other year?

Actually, KUKA believes he's the only one to have won back-to-back golds in champs (in Pax). Despite only having the 2009 champs listed in his forum title, KUKA can report he has not lost even one night of sleep over the matter.

I've never played champs, despite being around for every single one of them lol. I would lose my mind getting either gang banged or beaten by someone who has grunts doing his work or giving him experience
