New fansite coming up!

Hey guys I just wanted to give you a heads up I have officially bought my web hosting and template to make a starport fansite. With all this work a head of me I will of course be needing some help. I am looking for writters, artists and of course if you have any good programing skills it is always good to have. My project consist of showing people what this game is made of. well i know alot of java...and html but html doesnt really count lol..

umm if it were 6 months ago i would write about how its not the bigger corp its the skill of the player..but as skill has been rapidly decreasing as an important factor in this game i have nothing to say

This was a free website I found to help our large 20 person corp, coordinate invades, chat, etc...
Took all of a few hours to get it up and running. There are limitations of course, but great tool for free and seeing how easy it is to use...

BTW we never really used it.. just screwed around w/ it.

Well I got ideas for ur fan website.


1: make a link to this forum.
2: Take all the screen shots pictures and pictures of peoples faces from the forums and organize it, same with the videos.
3. Advertise it with the facebook advertising feature.
4. Try to upload a video tutorial or write a tutorial from the fourm and organize/update it.
5. Layouts names and right placements, and organize it.
6. Take all the peoples ideas from old to new and organize it because people keep posting same ideas.
7. Maybe some kind of Challenges for 1 v 1 or post the new current wars that are happening.
8. hire nine breaker to do a pod cast/ or someone else.

I used to have tons of screenshots to be used for a better tutorial but I found I lacked the skills to put the tutorial together. My old computer crashed and had to be wiped, but I spent no less than 30 hours compiling information to be included in a more comprehensive tutorial.

I wanted it to be more of a video, but I have NO CLUE how to put that together. I have no real computer skills to speak of and now all the starpedia and screenshots I had are gone. I'd have to start back at the beginning.
