List of Solar Sellers

I'd like a list made up of people known to join corps with the sole intention of selling solars.

Hopefully we can expose these people for the deadbeats they are and protect new players from being burned by childish behavior.

Here are a few that come to mind.

Problem is, now they will just change their names. But I do agree with you to a point that mods introduced this problem as it is now... but to be honest it was going on way before the mods got here. Yes, veteran players would take care of it... but that is assuming they were the honorable vets who didn't do it in the first place. I know of a bunch that were honorable players... but there were some who weren't and no one ever did anything about them when they did shut off solars and the like.

My opinion is simple... get rid of the ability to hide your achievement. Anyone with any real balls wouldn't hide their achievement anyways. But by doing that, you make it more likely that the dishonarble players will be spotted by someone, more than likely a veteran player who doesn't tolerate this kind of behavior.

It would be nice if we had some features added to colonies like getting a notification if any fellow corp members made any changes to it.

Maybe have a list of authorized changes that can be made to the col like having a box to be checked that the solar can not be sold or turned off.

Another thing that could be implemented is if a corp member sells or turns off more then 5 solars they get auto kicked from corp and the password gets reset. The ceo will be then mailed a new random password to the corp and the reason why it was changed.

The sad thing is that many vets join up with corps that are new to the game and the new players put a lot of time into building colonies only to be invaded by people that turn off the planet defenses. This is one of the reasons why new people don't stick with the game because what they work so hard for gets taken away by people with no ethics and only care about meaningless followers.

Only if you have done it with the only intention of ruining someones corp and joining up with the corp taking the cols.

or benefit by doing so, in example get tokens for shutting off someone's solar

paying a person who is contracted to dump ore or being the one doing so.

paying someone who is cs to splash kill lasers for easy slide

No this does not count for inactive for a player that has quit or been banned colony's

i had this done to me once only recently on p1, i didnt login to do a damn thing for a month so i really dont know or care how it went down, but i guess it could happen to anyone, the 19 other guys in my corp i trusted with any empire ive ever had. otherwise in more years then i care to count never once.

stick with guys like jazz and dave, cc and nox, bardo and chiccy, helly and WO, and a list of pals ive made and you will never see this also.

also: coppy aint a bad guy. cant say id offer him a spot in my corp as i dont know him really well, perhaps after we played seriously for a bit. but hes quiet, polite, and very very skinny, at least when he and i are both online together over the years.

I personally like this thread. If you are a dishonest player and enjoy selling solars, be aware, you may be exposed to the rest of the community!

I think we should all contribute and support this list.

This will be especially useful for new players, this way if they are leery on a player, then can then look up said person and know whether or not he/she's a known teletubby.

Blacklisting players will help stop people from selling solars? How about recruiting people you know and trust? You're not required to recruit every single player in the game to a corp but w/e, thinking isn't part of the game now is it? XD

The only one on that list that should never be trusted is copler, from my experience all he does is whore up xp, and do things for his own benefit, nothings wrong with playing for yourself, its just how you play for yourself.

If I'm not mistaken Sykes was cured of leukemia then was deployed to Iraq.

Sykes was/is the biggest mouth, that absolutely never ever ever, backed up anything he said. We came to blows on P2 when I joined his corp. He refused to corp his cols except his junkers. He had over 2.5m followers personal. I quickly got fed up of this so I told him to stick his corp up his arse. Within a week, he and one of his cronies started invadin me and ken. Within 6 months we wiped him. He would constantly log on and talk absolute nonsense. He, on numerous times, asked new corpies of mine to sell solars too. The only cols he ever successfully invaded of mine by hinself were junkers.

I will take this opportunity to list his 10 biggest fails.

10. /s khronic, i'm comming back next week to own u noob.
9. /s khronic, ken and mkii are token wh*res who bought all their cols. (lol, while he was calling us this he was changing his name every week)
8. accusing everyone of my contractors of being my multi.
7. Contantly telling everyone he was gettin me banned.
6. When toonces announced he was closing P2, Sykes ran his mouth off sayin he was getting me banned and bigmeat deleted.
