Sadly not even the sun is permanent longer than there are resources to sustain it, toonces can't run a server for like 3 people indefinitely.

I can't wait for him to permenantly pull the plug,
completely on all the servers,
and your client will not login.
It will say it can't connect to a server.

ROFLMAO then noone will have to worry about being giving a break to new players. or old players for that matter
The game will not last Forever.

I don't know if I'm the only one who noticed this, but ever since all those servers got deleted there has been a much higher number of players online on each server. It's a lot more fun. During the peak hours, you'll typically see 25-30 players on Old Republic, 20 on P5, and 15 on blitzkrieg. The other servers usually have 5 or so online at the same time, as well.

This is a big jump from a few months ago where 1 server had 20-30 online and the others had maybe 1-2 during peak hours.

I've noticed it too, but it still seems like OR wasn't pulling in the same number of people a perma would have in the GA-p4 era.

you also have to remember that just a couple years ago when a new server banged there was close to 100 people on the server, and If I remember correctly there was mabye 45 on when old republic first banged, NOT TO MENTION when The Permaverse first banged there was 350 people online

I agree 100%...we need someone new to take this game out of the Ice Age and into the Modern Age.
