Invading isn't a dying skill.. it just became harder.. slides are still possible as far as I know. Some mod setups (such as the one pointed out earlier but a couple of renoun invaders amongst us, namely setups such as 4x energy, 4x neutron with energy artifacts) still work, but require a little more...

I am getting weird energy rates.. it seems to just go all over the place.. when I land on a col I land with 1k energy, and fire phantom nukes/negs.. placing lasers on cols is very dodgy atm.

It's an owner-related bug.. if the colony is not yours but a corporate colony owned by another player in your corporation, it will say you have to be inside the biodome to use the command.
