Re: do you beleive that
And just what the hell happened to the word censor that it isn't catching half this stuff? Just sayin'... Anyways, my thought is racial slurs are worse due to implying inferiority or subhuman status based on race (at least historically). Calling someone fat is simply mean, but not degrading to the s...

Shaiya is what I've been playing lately. It's a World Of Warcraft knockoff, but it's free with the ability to purchase items, same as Starport. It's worth a look.

Re: Censore
That's news to me. I thought it was one of these "real-time" filters that permanently replaces the questionable word with something else when you post. And yes, I think it'd be a good idea to have the option, although I'm not sure which way the poll goes...is that a "yes, I don't want the censor on ...

Re: Allowed to play starport on 2 seperate comps
You can play on the same computer as long as it's two different people. The rule is one character per person on a galaxy. The banning system looks at things like keyboard strokes, mouse movements, and play style, to generate a "fingerprint" that is unique to that player. If the same fingerprint is ...

Evolution is proven beyond doubt. Beyond doubt ? First post and you already took the discussion straight from the scientific method into faith...I suggest you rephrase it to "beyond a reasonable doubt" or "has conclusive evidence" and you might not get shredded. You'll have to ask one of the perma guys, but I'm pretty sure it's not possible to stabilize a planet with bio3 in the long-term. On rebangs you can set it up to last through the end of the bang, at least.

It seems we have a different definition of the words "class" and "class system". did you even read what I wrote? I'm arguing that considering women and slaves and foreigners (yes foreigners) as inferior and therefore not allowing them to vote is a class system. Re: Ethics
pure democracy in Athens? Not allowing women and slaves to vote is pure? Pure democracy is direct voting on state laws and issues by the voting populace. A republic has the voters elect officials, who then create the laws. Neither has anything to do with who is doing the voting, provided it'...

Don't be fooled by the actual size of the planet onscreen. Gas giants and tinys vary in size, so go by the actual planet image. You should be able to find some empty ones farther away from Sol and the bases, although you'll have to go a lot farther on a perma. Good luck getting started, and don't be...

Who is QuackSwindler? And actually, many of the Founding Fathers were Deist, although some were Christian. it'd be more efficient if the solar stayed automated and the person who was meant to be in control of the solar was actually flying around the planet shooting people even more. just my opinion.
