Planet Resources Question of Curiousity
Just curious if anyone has compiled a list anywhere of what resources each planet type yields when you land and kill all the aliens... For instance, I know that volcanic is mostly EQP and ORE, and that gas giants are usually a lot of ORE and ANA. Oceans and Earths have a lot of everything, but Ocean...

How do the weapons modules work?
I've not been able to access the new weapon that I purchased on two separate servers now, and I'm not sure why? It says that we can have three weapons at once and switch between any of the three? Is this correct, and if so, how is this done? I've tried searching through all the posts since the relea...

Re: Hotkey the auto pilot tab.
I must say I just experienced, for the first time, without knowing the autopilot had been upgraded, the ship was stuck in an asteroid ring and got itself out!!! OMG, this is so cool! ...let me catch my breath... OMG, and the sliding into planets and ports and stuff is so NICE! I can click as it goes...

Planet improvement: LAUNCHABLE FIGHTER DRONES
As a planetary defensive capability, if an invader (with opposite reputation of the planet owner) enters the system of a planet, the planet will launch fighter drones that are similar to escape pods with minimal shields and minimal offensive. But the planet builds and stores them, like the weapons f...

NPC improvement vs. Asteroids
I think that the Asteroids are awesome! Ok, I know a lot of people HATE them...but I don't. One reason that I don't like them, however, is because they can easily trap NPCs... don't get me wrong, this is one of the only ways that I can kill an NPC, if they are trapped by an asteroid belt. However, I...

More Statistics for each server.
How about a statistics page? Everything from how many planets total, to how many colonized, how many colonists, how many resources being generated by planets, how many weapons being made. I want to know everything!!! <insert lion's roar here> ...and while you're at it, add all the information about ...

I actually don't think i'll ever play a pax server...i'm an avid builder, but the whole point of the game changes to who gets their first... ?? i don't see the point of a pax server. later, jeff  P.s. that's a hint, hint, nudge, nudge to anyone else who thinks that pax server is a good idea in...

Also, new players would benefit greatly, as they could grow a lot faster, rather than have to log into the game and beg for money. Plus, you can add more options to the lounge with these new planets. And if new players grow faster, that means what for invadable planets? MORE AND, if more new players...

"This would defeat invading, this is a horrible idea." So what you're really saying is that everyone should have private gardens, and no public parks? Public parks would enhance the game, and those who start them and build them would be rewarded, you just won't make anywhere near what a private ente...

How true! I agree with you. I just started on pirate's sunset, and even though it offers 5 days of protection, my teammate chose to cancel un protection...immediately after planting the dome. why? because it's more fun for him! This way that I am recommending, is more fun for me? Of course, you will...

Here's why I recommended this idea: I have three days of UN protection in Hercules Cluster before my planets are open targets for anybody that comes along with a neutrino scanner! And guess what? I built an awesome planet and it has population of 5,000 colonists, immediately after the protection end...

Permanent Un Protection for planets.
This could possibly eliminate the need for PAX servers! haha I think that permanent UN protection could be used on a planet, but it would have significant performance hits, and benefits reduced. In other words you'd have to have like 10 planets to equal one planet not under UN protection, or somethi...

Well, the good side of the force does have the imperial starcruiser... But I agree maybe there is something you can do with the other starbases, to motivate people to visit them, i've personally only visited one other one, and haven't seen a need yet to visit other corners of the galaxy... Although ...

I don't see how this would waste anyone's time. This would add the the Artificial Intelligence reservoir of the NPCs, how is that bad? You add an NPC to your army, give them orders, and they carry them out. AWESOME! Maybe the UN colonies and IGPs could have NPCs guarding from the surface before anyo...

I'm also studying Dark GDK, which is free with Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition. I've studied Open Gl programming in Assembly language, and there's a forum for MASM which features this, that I've been a part of for a lot of years. I have a question, but I'm going to ask it in another thread...
