I'm curious to know if there was a practical reason to having 8 mod slots added in as opposed to your suggested 3 or 4. I like the mods... I just like them a lot more on rebangs than I do on permas, however.

I dunno about you but all my rocky planets have 10k-12k stable population and you think that taking away its ability to have a quick 10/120 will make nobody dome them at all ever? Not to mention the low pollution and ability to make 10 minimum of any utility in the wf and you say they will fall off...
