Aaron "Toonces" Hunter

Aaron Hunter is the lead designer of the team that created starport. He is the head and founder, along with Scott Phillips, of Playtechtonics inc. based in Austin, Texas.
His internet persona is "Toonces" after "Toonces the driving cat" from Saturday Night live sketches featuring a couple who discovered that their cat could drive a car, he just couldn't drive very well and inevitably drove his car off a cliff in every skit. At sometime Toonces was labeled as "The cat that could drive a car, he just couldn't drive very well." It didn't take long for the community to start labeling Aaron "Toonces" Hunter as the "cat that could code, he just couldn't code very well."
