Refinery

The refinery is a colonial structure that colonists can build to improve their colony. The refinery allows resources to be harvested and stockpiled by the colony. The number of colonists set to harvesting, and planet type, determine how fast resources accumulate in the refinery.

The refinery can be upgraded twice. The first upgrade will provide a 50% increase in harvest rate. The second upgrade creates a clean refinery to help slow and clear pollution.

Once a colony has a refinery, it can store the consumer resources and take advantage of the bonus they provide. The presence of Organics and Anaerobes help reproduction rate, while Medicine and Oil help morale.
