Paradise World
Backstory
Only a couple of years after Man first ventured outside of the Sol System, the first object of alien technology ever seen was discovered on a moon orbiting the 4th planet of the Vega system. More of a structure than an object really, it looked like some sort of factory the size of an entire city. But it appeared to be broken down, and there were no signs of life to be found.
Ten years have passed since then and teams of scientists have studied the discovery in depth. Many of its secrets remain unknown but it is generally believed to have been a terraforming engine, intended to transform its moon into a more hospitable world. But hospitable for whom?
In the ten years that have passed, only a few other objects crafted by these aliens have been found, and none as large a discovery as the first. Much about them remains unknown. Some of the best captains of the decade have devoted their careers to searching for this race and making contact, but to no avail. Some believe they are long since extinct, but others hold that they are a race of inter-galactic spacefarers, with technology capable of warping across the vast distances between galaxies, and that they are merely between visits to our Milky Way.
It is rumored that there are other terraforming stations like the one that was found in Vega in our galaxy. Stations that didn't break down, but instead carried out their transformation and created worlds of incredible life. Most of these stories are heard in Star Base taverns, from captains gone mad with space fever, or shady pirates who have had a few too many Corellian Hullbangers. Some even claim to have seen and talked to beings of the intergalactic race.
Even if they can be believed, these Intergalactic Paradise Worlds are extremely rare. Their coordinates are unknown.
Game Use
Every server contains at least three Paradise worlds. They produce all resources. The Intergalactics' Shrine doubles your hourly Experience for owning it. Paradise worlds create no pollution.
