Bounties

Bounties are managed at the four Star Base Police HQs. Over time, U.N. officials will increase the size of bounties on the most notorious captains in the galaxy. The first person to blow up a captain with a bounty on his head is eligible to collect that bounty at the Police HQ. Once eligible to collect, you have 3 days to collect on the bounty or it will disappear.

If you are blown up with a bounty on your head, you will lose additional experience according to the size of the bounty.

You can also contribute credits to a bounty at the Police HQ if you are so inclined. Such an act will raise your reputation by 1 point for every $1,000 of the contribution.

Bounties cannot be collected by or contributed to by a character with a bounty on their own head.
