Troubles loading up Starport?

Hello.

Trying to log on but Starport isn't loading up. Anyone else having the same problem?

I've tried re-installing but that hasn't worked. Its coming up as error 10022.

Open to suggestions

I have the same problem, the client will not load. I get the Error message: Error 10022, re-install the game or contact support.

Re-installed and still won't load, confirmed problem on two separate computers.


What are us insomniacs to do.....Starport is busted.......gonna have to play BattleField 3 for now

There was a hardware failure on my main server machine, so I'm working with my data center to get the service back up and running.

Toonces is plotting the death of all his minions with all this server downtime he has on his hands.

All sge's data is deleted and everyone has to start from scratch on a new server..

Pay no attention to the errors. It's the servers not you. You don't need to re-install or anything. The only thing to do is wait for me to get done with the maintenance.

We're about halfway through the server swap, so hopefully it'll be back up ASAP. I think this may be a new record for down time. Please bear with me

What is the likelihood that the server hardware has been slowly failing thus causing the dreaded "Jump Lag" we have all been experiencing? Don't know what broke in your server hardware but swollen capacitors are like the plague in computer hardware and cause all sorts of weird problems.

If so then it's time to get excited if the new server hardware fixes the mystery "Jump Lag"
