A quick search of google shows wildly varying effects ranging from nothing at all to "killing the high".

Biologically, a hot shower will make blood flow to your skin (in order to rid the body of heat). Slightly (very slightly) less blood may be getting to your brain, and there for its at least possible that amount of THC (the active ingredient in pot) would be getting to your brain. That's a best guess. Quite frankly, since the effect seems to differ from person to person, I'd doubt it.
