when i first saw this topic i didnt want to post just because i dont exactly consider myself a vet, lol. but since i had to comment i figured id add a list as well.

does anyone remember Sir. ? aka.. Knightshade? i dont remember him that well because my newb days are really blurry. but he was my first teacher <3 so he was worth a mention too.

Cadin.Giliad (Talak): Taught me/put up with me
Deathwish55 (Fear): He talked smack but the guy was just a badass in his own, imo
Shadowdog: Glad there was someone else to BR w/ me as it was slowly ending, even though we never saw the end of it
Tekno: What can I say I admire the guy for ruling the server under spear.head the time before 25k domes...
Winterlude (I think that was his name): Although there was suspicion he hacked I don't remember what happened to him
Randy: I think he may have been a kid, but hey he helped me out and we got along
Fr0ntline: Even though we didn't get along he was still cool and he never told me how he made the dd the hugger
B-radk: Boy could invade back in the day I tell ya
McCrazy: He was good at putting people in their place
Pabst: He was pretty cool the time we were corped
Ron (Saber) despite the unbearable ego
Mad.Ace and rainbowprince were good people to play with for a short time despite what was happening to the game at the time

@ mars.. you dont have to separate your friends from your rivals in the list. but if you're going to comment about what everyone was good at in your "best players" list, then why would you stick someone in there and only say bad things about them? "noob exp whore but good invader" would have made sense but its no biggie, just something i noticed that was odd.

That's because they weren't anyones favorites. Both of them were outstanding players but they didn't make many friends with some of their best abilities. They loved to intimidate and destroy anyone that attempted to stand up to them and they were strong fighters and invaders. I have to admit they had skills. I don't know if Vegabond could be considered human, he never slept and stayed online 24/7.

I must say at one time GOP, you were a 14 year old boy with no respect... THough I agree you have come a long way and that has changed... your no longer 14 ... (not flaming, yes SGE has changed but the non respectful noobs are probably no different then we were back then, only we had players with mad skillz)
