Postby Xantose » Sun Feb 12, 2012 8:31 pm

Ive been having a problem since the system update i think it was on wednesday or tuesday...anyways i can not log in. The game crashes the second i login. Ive restarted my pc and triend..didnt work. I deleted the game client/folder ie remover hardware and re-installed it. that stil doesnt work. it keeps crashing the second i click login.
Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Can you tell me a little bit about your computer: how old is it? Is it a fast computer?

One thing you can try that may work as a work-around, you can open the StarportGE directory on your computer and delete the file called server.lst that is in that directory. After it's deleted try logging on to Starport again. Just let me know if you need any help with those steps.
