Solutions to 100k exp cap

As a solution to the 100k exp cap, for those who do like it, and those who don't.
For those who do like it - Maybe there could be two tabs that you can select. One that has you gain LESS exp from your followers, but the exp cap is still at 100k loss.
For those who don't like it - There could be another tab that allows you to lose 1/4 of your exp. But you could gain alot more exp from your cols than those with the 100k exp cap loss.
100k exp loss = 1/5 of exp the regular cols
1/4 exp loss = 1.5 of the exp regular cols
Let's say someone has 100mil exp, he would lose 25mil, while the other person only loses 100k, i think these col exp settings are pretty accurate and fair.
These settings are up for discussion. Just a quick thought I had because i hate this new patch, and new players probably won't want to play when they realize that just to be "decent" they will have to have like 20mil exp. I know when I was a newbie i wouldn't have even tried to play this game. Or I would have rebanged. I like the 100k exp cap loss ONLY on rebangs and extended bangs.

seems a bit complicated to implement. Why not have death by killing still take a quarter of xp, and death by planets or defs xp loss correspond to a set cap. Check the other thread by toonces for more info and reasoning.

it should return to how it was and the 100k cap should be sold for 20k tokens in the admiral club.
