Part of the point of electing a president would be to bring the server into a more popular state. I would like to hear what the candidates plans for the server would be. If they have ideas that require radical changes to the server, then i can say if its possible or not.

If this was the original intent - to have the candidates propose an idea, have a debate, then determine the best nominees based on other factors, such as their activity (ability to complete presidential duties), experience (not in game exp - talking about knowledge here), strength of character, and what they'd do for the server, I'd think it was a good plan. But since it's just a last-minute, though well-intended tack on, the candidates are all just gonna be like, "uh, yeah.. well.. I'll start this.. um.. newbie program.. yea, a program to help newbies... where I will give.. colonies, to established players that.. uh... take newbies into their corp, so it's like, a... win-win, and the newbies can learn, and... the players get colonies!" or some BBQ like that that's obvious PR I love puppies.

btw... Nicky.Minaj is asking every random person who logs in to vote for her. I have a random name and hidden ach and am sitting in the merch ship in sol and she asks me to vote for her. This shows that not only does she not care where her votes come from, but that she feels she shouldn't even have to give a reason to vote for her! She literally said "Please mail toonces and tell him you think I'd be a good mod" Hmm, does that sound like someone who who wants to implement change for the better of the server, or someone who wants a title for power and a sense of self-achievement?

I voted E.T. in this poll just cause he seems like a nice old player who doesn't get into other people's business.
