Buying Tokens

So last night my friend was gonna buy some tokens and he used my promo code, it charged him 10$ but we got no tokens and then we thought maybe it didn't register so I believe he tried it again so I think he got charged 10 or 20 bucks but we got no tokens so he wanted to know if he could get them. His name is Dynamite on Blitzkrieg but since he cant get on forums I am doing this for him he bought them on golden age and the name there is P.I.M.P. so please help us out someone.
