Can't buy tokens

I am trying to buy some tokens for first time, but i can't get it to work. I am using a debit card and live in England and have tripled checked the details which are right and re keyed them in but it still doesn't work. I wonder if it is something to do with the state field, coz that is different to england and i can't leave it blank nor does t work when I put one in.

Please can someone help me out.

I got this sorted and am letting you know for future reference. I tried keying it into the credit card section and it worked fine - it is a debit card...

Most debit cards will let you use them as credit cards. Dont really know why.

I noticed that too... how the heck does that work? They charge it as if you are borrowing from bank and then pay them back immediately? I guess it must be that.
