If you and your brother both play you'll have to play SEPARATE galaxies or rebangs.

if you read the rule it says one account per person per galaxy. so if its 2 people with 2 seperate accounts i guess i dont see the problem.

While it's not technically against the rules, it triggers all automatic multi-detector systems and usually results in an account ban.
