I've received tokens back when I've lost an IG ship due to a bug. I've found Sinistrad and Toonces willing to help sort out problems when losses are due to glitches, and bugs. They can't fix everything but sometimes they can help. You need to contact them with the details at support@starportgame.com

this is weird cuz i heard them once say the opposite thing that if it is because a of bug they might decide if they aren't too busy that they would give your stuff back. so i am puzzled which one is it now?

i mean i would love to get my xp back since it wasnt my fault i died, but if it's like you said, then i won't make a big fuss out of it, i mean i care about the xp i lost not to mention the tokens but i don't care enough to make a big fuss of it.

toonces if you read this i would really love my xp back and tokens if possible i made a thread about it too. *crosses fingers*

I've lost 3 IGS ships due to server lag. When I emailed them the first time, they said that they couldn't say it was a server side issue, so I got no tokens back. It makes sense, anyways. Although you'd think they'd make the server more lag free.
