Hobbies that are not games.

Post by Elly » Sat Dec 13, 2008 9:09 am

So, what are peoples hobbies that are not game related?

Im sure by saying what mine is, I will give away who I am to those smart enough to remember.

Anyways, my hobby outside of games is 3D graphic art. Carrarra , Poser, DAZ3D and the such.

well see you don't know how to do it either, theres some code you put in to turn a word into a link ex.) music ----->starportgame.com/blahblahblah. you click the word music, it takes you to the site.

Oh, you mean HTML coding, simple..

Click <a href="http://www.starportgame.com">here</a> to play.

Sorry, to better explain.

The tags used to produce links are the <a> and </a>.

The <a> tells where the link should start and the </a> indicates where the link ends.

Everything between these two will work as a link.

The target of the link is added to the <a> tag using
the href="http://www.whateverpage.com" setting.

You simply:

Specify the target in the <a href=" ">.

Then add the text that should work as a link.

Finally add an </a> tag to indicate where the link ends.

I don't really have many hobbies, starport killed most, but I am starting to like forum wars :). I also like fishing but gets bored easily if I don't catch anything for a long period of time. I don't like reading, instead I do math :).

Dirt, html tags have to be enabled to do what you're talking about, which I don't think are on this forum.

Um.. I'm a student of life, I like stuff, drinking and getting laid are cool also, but they are vices and cravings, which are bad. I mean, drinking and getting laid are good, but if you develop a craving for them, then they are bad. But stuff is good. See?

well every once in awhile my bro and i sit on the back porch, and out spread our the contents of the recycling bin across our yard as far back to the woods, i might grab a picture of my back yard but i think its about an acre, any way, then we grab our pellet guns, im pretty sure real rifles would be complained about, and basically blow the cans and plastic bottles to hell... no glass tho.

id say that were already pretty good shots. ive hit a swinging yoyo hanging from a branch on a tree in the distance, no scope. and when i was little, i could take out plastic army soldiers on a table below usually within the first shot, but my bro nailed a milk jug at the end of our yard.

dont know if youd consider that a hobby outside of video games but its fun

a few pics might contain info that is out dated corp wise... i think 2 of the 1s i put up and 1 of fallon's would qualify as outdated but w/e

I posted some a bit back, but toonces deemed them not SGE related and deleted them, must have had a bad bowl of milk that day.

Anyways, I do have some I tend to show people, but others I either keep private or just to certain people..
I dont consider myself a pro or anything, so they are rather amateur.

One I kinda like...
