Many other people share the same distaste of having "newbies" invade all of your colonies on a permaverse, and when you try to do something about you cant because they have now consequences on death; therefore, old players that know how to invade come back take a bunch of colonies because they made a new account and know they cant be harmed because of the newbie protection.
Here is my proposal on this.
On death for a new player: 1/10 of cash is lost rather than the current.
100 fuel even if they are 1 hop from SOL.
They have to play re-bangs until newbie protection is up.
That's the gist of it.

i would love to see the system reworked but 100 fuel seems a bit extreme. if they actually are a noob they will lose all their fuel. also there should be a way to end it early if you wanted to play permas or it should be made that they can play permas, just without newbie protection.
