Scenario-based rebangs?

So, how about a rebang in which you start out with a bunch of money and some fully built cols and full of weapons and stuff.
Give people like, half an hour of pregame time so you can get your ship setup with your mods and everything as well as to assemble a corp.
and there could be multiple teams that are balanced by achievement points so that the hardcore vets are stuck with some cute nubs to play with and stuff to prevent team stacking.
And I think you guys get the concept by now.
Feel free to compose enhancements and revisions.

That's similar to what Blitz used to be. Average user base: 0

Though, I will say adding a number of UN colonies to rebangs would be somewhat helpful. Instead of starting them off as a normal colony does, start them with Bio 2 and Ref 2 already built. Say about 2500 colonists? It would make find them much more valuable.

And that's what I was getting at. Just make it an easy start and everything to make it easier.

back when i played mechwarrior there were scenarios that were obviously and intentionally lopsided. i know what you are suggesting is meant to be balanced, but man, those uphill battle or run for your life scenarios are the ones i remember, not the "fair" ones.

Some rebang where you get constantly swarmed by npcs that increase in shields (from 10 shields to 500) and in numbers until you're overrun.

Between each wave you get a chance to buy shields/equipment/defences.
