Memory leak in SGE? now taking 1.7 gigabytes

When doing holdings... or clicking a col in holdinga or doing a /c in chat,
get a yellow pop up box...
Fatal error in create surface
Direct draw does not have enough system ram to perform the operation
Must say "ok" before continuing.
When first executing SGE takes about 256 megabytes, after some minutes 467 megabytes ... so 1.7 gigabytes smells like a memory leak after being logged on for some hours ....
