UN commission bug on rag

Hey so I just tried to buy isc on Ragnarok at sol and it won't let me. I go to apply for UN commission and it says i already have it. but shouldn't the "apply for UN commission" button now be there if I already have it? My profile says i have 11k rep and yes to UN commission. please fix this. I cant buy isc until you do.

I had this same problem. I had -100k rep. then i capped some cronus colonies, and once i had 15k rep I tried to apply for UN Commission and I had the same problem. I just tried the next day and it worked. Maybe my bounty was still in the system or something. idk.
