Tokens issue

I have been trying to trade tokens to a corpie of mine on hc, yet all it keeps telling me is... and i quote
"Sorry, but you are not a verified token seller yet so you will have to wait to give tokens."
This is rather annoying and since when was this implemented ?????
Any help and i would be greatly thankfull,
