Incorrect Password/Username? WTF

I was on Starport and went to another server but wouldnt load up so i went back to log in page and pressed enter (i have username and password saved) then i says "Username or password not recognized".

This is not the first time that this has happened to me the last time this happened i downloaded Starport once again and made sure i deleted everything before installing the new one and i have tried that this time but nothing has changed.

What is going on and is there anyone else who is having the same trouble as me?
