probleme with my sge

i got a probleme with my sge each time i click on it say that my computer don't have something callled "TrackMouseEvent.DLL what the hell is that why isnt my sge working anymore ??

I got the same problem, but I can't re-install either, a problem comes up saying it has an error with FileDelete or something like that. I click ignore then the problem with trackMouseEvent.Dll is still there.
