rackMouseEvent.DLL

Post by NightstarRage » Thu Jun 23, 2011 5:19 am

I'm getting this error, despite reinstalling..

The program can't start because rackMouseEvent.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

What if you extract the old rackMouseEvent.DLL and put it into the new patched directory? :O

Well evidently they added a reference to this dll as it is not found at all on my system. I have also reinstalled and if this dll registers itself, it would be an easy enough task for them to post a link to it and tell us if it needs to go into the program directory, system, or system32 (or others depending up 32/64 bit OS's).

I seem to have the same problem, I had my dad uninstall and reinstall it and the error still shows up.

i have this as well... has anyone found a fix for it yet, aside from that one person who said re-installing actually worked?

After both patches, 719 and 720 still keeps saying the same error.
