Trading is severly glitched

This might be related to the cols trading glitch, or maybe caused by attempts to fix it.

Basically, all sorts of weird things are happening associated with trading.

People trade artifacts, they disappear.

People trade nukes, they disappear.

Contracts don't appear to work, at least not consistently.

Most times there is a message that says there is no hardware slots available, even if you are not trading hardware.

These are the things I've noticed so far but I'm sure there are other problems.
