I am getting the same thing, everything takes like a second, any window that opens or cleaning 10% pollution there is a delay, anything that involves pulling up data, like rankings, corplist, holdings, takes even longer.

SGE Molasses.
You exaggerate. SGE has come to a screeching halt. If you want real excitement do a holdings and sit back.
My ping came up at 2048 msecs and gradually came down to 240. Usually it is about 90 or 50.
I disconnected the second time I minimized SGE, which is some improvement, the last month it has disconnected everytime I minimized.

I have a screen shot of the task manager. I have never seen such a CPU load before.

hmm, i guess you could try re-installing

or check your client.cfg file in your StarportGE dir. If it has a line that says "offscreen=true", change that to "offscreen=false"

you could also try going to the options window and switching from windowed to fullscreen, or vice versa, that might fix it.

for me after the patch. loading any windows (such as holdings, or whos online or galaxy map) freezes the game for about 20 seconds and after adds about 2k latency to my already high total from logging in.

also generating any text such as using /s or /c lags the game as well.

Exact same with me.

It is like a 1 second timing issue like a read/write error. I also get merging windows and this is on both operating systems on this comp.
its like looking at someone's profile pic and then rankings at the same time or who is online

still laggy as all hell for me, anytime a system message comes through, the game will freeze, zones with large amounts of NPC, incredibly choppy to fly through, especially when they all open fire on you LOL, any window that needs open has 2 sec or more delay in opening as well, and sometimes game will just freeze completely

however, alt-tabing no longer crashes me out normal mode as it used too
