intergalactic homeworlds

I'm getting some weird connection faults with intergalactic homeworlds. Firstly on the server select screen it always tells me there are 0 characters online in that galaxy even though there are people online and the other servers all show the correct amout, also the game keeps booting me for having *too much lag* the other servers are fine its just that one.

I'm doing really well on there and have put a reasonable amount of cash into that server to buy tokens, is there any chance someone can look into this please.

P.S this message is mainly to see if anyone else is having the same problem (and if they know of a way to fix it), i am also mailing support@starport game with a description of the problems

i get the same no users online error but not just fro intergalactics.

I have been getting 0 users on line for all the servers I have characters in, for the others It gives me a number.
